Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your RevXStar account and associated information without reinstalling or signing in to the Android app.
Send a deletion request
- Email support@revxstar.com from the email address registered with RevXStar.
- Use the subject “RevXStar account deletion request” and include your creator username or profile URL, if you have one.
- Say whether you want your entire account deleted, or only particular content or information removed.
- Support will verify ownership and follow up about the request. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in your initial email.
What the request covers
An account-deletion request covers your RevXStar profile, published product and blog content, uploaded media, collections, social interactions, messages and associated RevXStar account records. Support may need to coordinate removal of authentication records with the relevant provider. Deleting RevXStar data does not delete your separate Google, Microsoft, ChatGPT, retailer or affiliate-program accounts.
Security, abuse-prevention, support or legally required records may need separate retention. Support will explain any information that must be retained and the applicable period when processing your request. Public copies downloaded or shared by others cannot be recalled.
Remove saved links from your phone
In the Android app, open “Saved links on this device” and use Remove or Clear saved links. Uninstalling the app also removes these device-local links. Removing the app alone does not delete a website account.
